Hey Friend!
I've worked as a pastor, adjunct professor, school of ministry director, and higher education professional. These experiences helped me discover my passion for partnering with people and ministries who are pursuing clarity in their walk with God, discerning their unique contributions, and creating actionable programs for success in the church, workplace, and world.
I am the husband to the most incredible woman in the cosmos. She teaches me about kindness and integrity and is so full of love and life and compassion. She's an associate therapist with some really great insight on trauma-informed therapy.
We are both ordained pastors and I'm an endorsed chaplain. I’ve spent my fair share of time studying the Bible and ministry practices at Azusa Pacific University and Northeastern Seminary, focusing healthy, sustainable leadership. Recently, I started an LLC where I have work closely with churches and ministries to help them contextualize Christian Education and Discipleship programs. As of 2023, I am near the completion of my Doctor of Ministry degree at NES and my dissertation is developing a practical theology of human dignity for pastoral ministry.
Dignity is a major component of how humans image God in the world. I’m developing a framework to help pastors, church leaders, and Christians understand dignity and how to align our ministry practice with our design.
When I'm not at work you can find me with a cup of coffee and a book. I’ve stopped naming books ‘good’ or ‘bad’ because each book contributes something important to our world. I’ll keep you updated on my latest read and give you a resource library so you can see some of the books I recommend.
Are you or your ministry looking to simplify your discipleship curriculum? Are you looking for a proven program to help train lay leaders for effective ministry? If so, I’d love to get a chance to connect with you!
